To go along with our lowest level of new home sales in over 50 years. The whole market is just grinding to a stop more than anything else IMO. Demand and supply wont meet without governement $$. There is plenty of demand, just not at these prices. ANd there is plenty of capactiy to increase supply, just not at these prices.
