Out of curiosity Tom, why do you think 92009 is overrated? I have my thoughts but interested in hearing your opinion?
also, sd or Tom, any thoughts on how the elevation in prices of homes (resultant picky parents) in LC Greens and LC Ridge may change the face of San Marcos High?
From what I hear, Carlsbad High has similar issues but doesn’t get nearly the negative attention that San Marcos High gets.
