I was there for a bit of Phase 2.
Prices are about the same as Phase 1, but you don’t get any of the included upgrades (generally was a couple grand). So slight ‘hidden’ price increase, and you start with a flesh slate for upgrades.
I assume they are trying to move them as fast as possible while the market is still moving.
Last I heard they still have over 100 pre-qualified non-contingent on the waiting list.
The preferred flooring company Interior Specialists is a complete joke though in terms of pricing. You are better off doing a rip and replace of the stock carpet/flooring – the carpet that comes standard is really, really bad and their pricing for everything is 40-60% more then the same installers doing the 3+ million dollar homes down the road.
So you have to add in a couple grand above and beyond what you would normally need to do for flooring upgrades – which is disappointing.
