Once the trust deed is recorded you can find out what you want. There are a few ways to do it. You can write down all the addresses around that you want to look up and go to the county, plug them in and you will see the deeds recorded. There you will get the sales price. It is free but you do have to drive down there. Or ask an agent to do a realist search on a few of the streets and they can email you the results.
