On a slightly related topic? Whatever happened to the threatened water rationing?
In theory, the city of San Diego has alternate day lawn watering, only during certain hours – but no one seems to follow the rules. http://www.sandiego.gov/water/conservation/drought/droughtlevels2.shtml
They had talked about restrictions based on historical usage – but that hasn’t happened.
No rain – so it’s got to be more of an issue now…
