Oh, and one more thing – declutter and remove most of the stuff and stage your house BEFORE you take the pics/video tour that end up on the MLS/realtor.com/sdlookup. Especially remove the little thingies on shelves and counters and tables that are very distracting. Like SDR said, less is more.
