That guy is looking at almost two years of carrying costs come August. He’s raised his price to $1,329,000. Obviously trying to get back his carrying costs. I just don’t see it happening. Hope springs eternal.
Back when he bought it, it was almost 400k less than the 2006 price and I thought it was a good deal. Didn’t realize he was going to try to flip and the builders were selling for less than what he bought it for. Man, that must be painful.
