Ok…Ok… Let me be the jackass that spoils everyone’s fun. I’m going to suggesting folks email this guy giving him a friendly reminder to pay his damn prop tax…Then let’s wait a few weeks. If he doesn’t pay off his $2-3k..You folks win, he’s up a sh!ts creek….
I still think he forgot to pay his prop tax. Simple as that. It’s really hard for me to imagine him not having $2k to cough up.
