Has more to do with location. EBS and Dingeman are drawing from newer homes with average price of 800k and up. Whereas MR and Jerabeck draw from mostly older homes starting in 600k and up, along with mix of condos. Prob more renters in that mix as well, since older homes are more likely to be rented vs newer homes.

No you got it wrong….Underprivileged kids with parents that can’t afford to live in a home with access to sage canyon OR ocean air end up having to live in the slums of Carmel Valley and are forced to send their kids to ghetto schools like Torrey Hills or Ashley Falls or Sycamore Ridge or Del Mar Heights School or Carmel Del Mar School with the low low low test scores of nine forty-osh plus or minus twenty and live off of food stamps.
