Picking on new immigrants has always been a time honored American Tradition. Especially during economically depressed times. How else to explain why illegal immigration continue to be such a hot button issue even though Obama has done more to enforce the border than any prior administration. How else to explain we are still screaming about an invasion when all of the numbers demonstrate to the contrary.[/quote]
I think there is a huge difference here between legal immigration and illegal occupation. And what it boils to is…cost….There is a huge difference imho between folks here on H1-B and folks here entering illegally.
The former is paying taxes and his/her share for being in this country…The later is able to enjoy social benefits in the country without paying for it… And without the ability to curtail the later, more people will seek to get things that they don’t have to pay for…
