Not trying to be lighthearted.
But everyone has a budget.
Spending less has to make someone less insecure.
No meat.
Anecdotally I know some broke people who spend more on food than I do.
If you’re flat broke yeah it sucks and you’re in trouble.
But just because it’s difficult to cope doesn’t mean you give up.
It’s always difficult to change and save and adapt and spend less.
Its not that horrible. Unless you’re destitute .
