Not to derail this topic. But i think american’s have frankly gotten a little to comfortable with their cushy way of life. And our government is frankly governing by want a majority of americans want. To avoid the pain. Do you really think the “majority of americans really” share they same viewpoint as the rest of us here who want a more “let the market do it’s thing by it’s own approach”?
I’d say more americans want this bailout than not. So, by your token, this government is government for the people.
