Not surprising. People will inexorably keep in borrowing more to keep up the lifestyle. That’s the very reason I think that homeowners will walk from their houses rather than do without everyday luxuries (nice clothes, starbucks, etc…). Those are much easier to afford and to indulge on than that mega mortgage.
