Not just happening in PQ… Pretty much follow the school districts and or the more desireable places to live…. CV, PQ, LCV, Carlsbad, Encinitas, 4S, Scripps…. I don’t quite agree that there are 8 -10 offers on every home under 900k. However yes there is more activity then we have seen in a few years.
