Not all Sr. Software Engineer positions are equal. I’m getting head hunters pinging me for Sr. SW Engineer positions doing Android Dev in San Diego and they’re anywhere between $110-150k. So, $130k is squarely in the middle of that range. But I don’t know what your expertise is and that can great affect your salary range.
