The reason why i suggested both is that
it’s sort of piecing information together.
See, from address search on the treastax site, you get the exact title. Then with that information, go to the first site, and try to do a search with combinations of name(s) in the title. Sometimes you find a recovenance listing and it will list the lender.
For example, let’s just pick some random asian dude’s name:
The nice thing about san diego’s record’s clerk site is that in addition to the first record, it links related records with it. So you could click on a lender’s record and get all related records associated to that lender too.
Again, I’m not sure if this is the best/most accurate way. Anyone else got better ideas, I’m all ears.
