OK don’t know (have not been to 4s RB ) so maybe it’s a hot place to buy a home even yet, But I think it’s not a general case that new homes sales are still hot when in fact they are in the dumps for the most part.
Please go sign up for a new home in RB 4S and check in, let us know how you feel about it in 6 months or so .
