NSR: A buddy of mine, who is still in the Army, was stationed in Brussels as part of a NATO liaison team. He and a group of British Army officers had traveled to Paris to deliver a presentation and were in the Paris Metro station waiting to travel back.
He said there was a group of teenagers lounging nearby, listening to Arabic rap music and watching them intently. When my buddy made eye contact with one of them, the kid drew his thumb across his throat in a cutting motion.
