Nice well built developement close to the coast. Major drawback is half the houses back up to Poinsettia, located next to a big church on the corner , lots of high tension powerlines nearby and I beleive a water tower. Once they punch Poinsettia through it will get very busy near there. Elementary and Jr high there are very good but High School is currently way up North and heavily impacted by crowding. I beleive they just approved building another HS closer to South Carlsbad (off cannon just east of ECR) which should be a big improvement.
