Nice project, radelow. I love in-fill developments. Yours is a big one but I think it’s still far more desirable than the new far flung developments.
I was wondering what the land off the 805 was being graded for. Now I know.
Maybe my nieces can buy their starter homes there when they grow up. 🙂
When do you expect to have the first homes built?
