Next door to the Champagne Cafe in Sabre Springs (an excellent French cafe, btw) is a vet clinic. Out front, they keep a bird that does an outstanding imitation of a car alarm. Funniest thing ever!
I would imagine that, sitting outside next to parked cars every day, s/he has become something of an expert.
