No way in hell am I giving up my dog! I am an American citizen and I have a right to own what ever dog I want.
You liberal, nanny state proponents….whine, whine, whine. I have my rights.
I’m gonna have to take my dog for walks around your house. Go ahead stop me. I am a free to do this, it is not illegal
Quit being a tool. You’re sounding as bad as the liberal freaks on the board whining about conservatives. This has nothing to do with your political affliation, first of all.
And second of all, in case you haven’t learned, in America, Freedom is NOT free. Don’t give up your dog, take a risk, let him roam freely uncontrolled in front of children, that’s your call. But don’t come sniffling if your cutsy little pooch takes a small nibble at someone, and you get slapped with a huge lawsuit. Do you have any idea how much it is to litigate? Try $300-400+/hr. And rest assure, if someone’s kid gets injured in the smallest way, they will do everything they can to make your life a living hell, financially, socially, criminally, etc. I know I would spend as much as I could to bankrupt and worse to the person that injured my kid because they were negligent and wanted to exercise their “american freedom” to be irresponsible.
Like I said, I hope you you have umbrella insurance of at least $1million, and I hope your landlord knows about your pet. IF something were to happen, you’re looking at liability both by the victim and more or less the landlord, because he/she will want to be absolved from responsibility. We live in CA, land of the sue happy state you know.
