I tend to agree with the fact that to make 100K plus in sales you ahve to work hard. But I tend to disagree with the statement that you have to be a sociopath.
My experience is that my paycheck went up exponentially when I stopped caring about my own paycheck. I worked with custoemrs who wanted to learn something and maintained a pipeline over the years. For those people who wanted QUOTES or thought I was some lacky I got rid of them fast and let them figure things out on their own.
I know what my time is worth and it is not to do people leg work for them. That is what the internet is for.
