my wife is realistic. She thinks it’s not worth what we’re offering but she likes it. She has concluded that you ahve to pay more than you think a house is worth in order to get it. She says i should get over it and just resolve myself to the reality that if i’m going to buya place, we have topay more than it really should be priced in a rational universe.
