My sister is an agent and she showed us lots of houses when the bubble was high)thank goodness we didn’t buy then). When we started looking again in the rebate era I didn’t even think to throw the commission to her, as our agent also worked very hard to find us a house. I hope she got a nice commision as we are very happy with our house.
