my rent stayed the same… I see a ton of vacancies around Orange County so logic dictates rents can’t be going up. There are a ton of rental deals out there. My apt. manager mentioned they are having a lot of difficulty renting 1 bd apts because a huge number that were previously renting singles are now moving to share 2 bdrms.
