My daughter is currently looking for an apartment. It seems rents are down about 5% as compared to equivalent places we looked at last year plus the landlords are easier to talk down this year.
I would encourage anyone looking for an apartment or attempting to renew your lease to try and talk down your landlord because there are definitely deals out there.
