My company also gives PTO (combined sick/pay) – it’s a hair over 4 weeks for new hires (22 days).
If you aren’t sick, and don’t have sick kids – that’s 4 weeks +.
I heard recently that Qualcomm starts out with 3 weeks vacation and unlimited sick.
