My apologies matt, I was typing angry and a little of it had nothing to do with you, fight over, hugs.
I still think that we need to pay closer attention to the cycle here, we will unfortunatlety be the trend leader so it’s harder to predict, you may see our overcorrection in the next 24 months, maybe sooner, that’s not NAR and that does not apply to S.D. but it’s getting silly cheap and like Ren said, there will be bottom so prep yourself now because once people in vegas or pehonix can move here because it is cheaper, the clock will tick. Actually I am frustrated with how fast they are selling, the really well priced ones are gone before I can look at them and it’s pissing me off. Inventory has declined for two months, I haven’t updated the three car garage monitor but it stands at 80 today, the lowest in a while, two months ago it was over a hundred and has been declining since. I know it’s the spring bounce and that there are more on the way but the ones I really like are being priced 10-20% below 2003, the numbers work well and I still hesitate and it still goes down yet the bounce should be ending. I wait in part because of my alter ego matt and a few others who i am influenced by, so in the end I’ll probably thank you. Or if you are wrong I’ll punch you.
But your point is taken, I am far too self indulgent, flippant and arrogant, and those are my positive attributes, I’ll tone it down.
Side note, I too took a break from work and watched much of the open, in my opinion, it was Tiger’s greatest victory. My whole office stopped for the final two holes, people who didn’t know what a birdie is were watching, you would have thought we were landing on the moon or a war started. He was hurt, limping, behind going into the last few holes and managed to tie the overtime 18 holes and pulled it out in the end in sudden death, it was the stuff movies are made of. For those of you who have never watched golf because you thnk it is boring, the superbowl had nothing on today, it was a rare treat and I am convinced that tiger is now the greatest golfer to ever play the game. I was in arnie’s army, followed Watson, Ben and studied the greats as a kid but it’s Tiger’s world and we are all just living in it.
