mouse-wheels are not a TV proprietary phenomena, They are everywhere in the USA.
But you can retire here as well.
Mainly I spend a lot of my free time in South OC, or Carlsbad which is about 40 miles either way for me. Downtown SD is not my cup of tea so not likely I go there much anyway. (not everyone works in Downtown SD)
