Most of the proposed path (until UTC/north UC) is along existing train lines. So homeowners already have the noise impact of louder amtrak and coaster trains.
The proposed paths through clairemont/mission bay/bay ho should not be adversely affected since they already have train and freeway noise.
The folks along gilman – if they do the red or green proposed routes…. Well, that might be a factor.
