Most arms are 110-115% maximum negative amortization which triggers a reset, World is unusual in that they go to 125% max. neg am. – which is why they (World) can say they have never had a reset based on neg am. Additionally, they feature a 10 year recast period versus a much more frequent 5 year recast period.
