More capitalized and bolded nonsense I never said. I know its not nirvana to everyone but it is to me and all my friends and neighbors. For me and my lifestyle NCC is as good as it gets any where in this country.
I know other people like and want different things and thats OK. I never jabbed Sounty County either. Instead of spreading more flat out lies and inaccuracies as you always do, why dont you try to post actual examples of me taking every opportunityto rip South county. The answer is you cant because they dont exist. Its a perfectly fine place and the only jabbing I see around here is by you on the South County MR infested communities you rip at every opportunity. I didnt jab them, I jabbed you! You are completely full of it.
As for the unemployment numbers, they were clearly sourced. I was reading the Union Trib two days ago (I rarely read it) and it was a cover story if I remember correctly. I was quite surprised to see such a large disparately in unemployment. It wasnt a jab at the South Bay but rather a real data point showing unemployment was well below the numbers widely quoted in the county, state and the country in the upper middle SD communities. BTW, There are just as many business owners, self employed and retired folks up in NC.
As for being helpful to piggs, i have sent many listings directly via PM to anyone that ever asked. I answer every request for assistance and have for over 4 years even when piggs tell me they have an agent they are working with. its my pleasure to assist any and all of them.
As for downtwon, it was a disaster until the population grew greatly in SD County over the last 20 years. The longtime residents had no interest in developing a proper downtown over the last century. I spent time there in the mid 80’s and could not beleive how lacking it was. Where it not for the newbies and the progress they have brought to this county the Padres would be gone, Petco would not have been built, all the condos that were built on the backs of that wouldnt have been and downtown would still be a veritable ghost town like it was until the early 90’s. Through progress and growth, downtown has been redeveloped and revitalized. While they did it much faster than they should have, in time it will evolve into a vibrant downtown.
