Me. retired early from primary occupation, with full private pension, small business, 1 employee (me) and 2 telephone lines….. wife, private practice ….Many times over median income…Currently renting in La Jolla for 3,500 per mo. Sold off all property back in 03…..Circling like a buzzard waiting….waiting….Not sure if we will ever get back into the ownership game again…It would have to be pretty compelling, tax incentive is not enough of a reason…Taxable income exposure is minimal
