Maybe I’m wrong, but the “new” development in North Park looks more late 60s to late 70s to me, with some later exceptions. At the time, razing historical homes seemed to be the thing to do. Section 8? Are you sure you’re not talking about the part of the 92104 a bit … east … of North Park?
