This is your limiting factor. IMHO, with this mind set you can never be satisfied. It’s not about taxes.
Once you figure out why you have this need for mega home, you might have a change in attitude.
IMHO, buy yourself a couple of modest homes in places you like. As mentioned, enjoy your family as life ends too quickly.
Enrich your life by mentoring young people as you have the gift of making money. Watching them grow and succeed will give you more satisfaction that sitting on a yacht or in a mega home. Become an Angel investor.
