Anyways JWM or others, if you don’t believe there is not plenty of money out there then so be it. If you guys want to pick some more zip codes I will grab a few of them and we can see how much down money people have put down in the last 15 sales.
Once again, this is not saying anything about supporting the market, or the market going up or anything like that. It will go on down until it reaches support level based on rental income from investors or demand from principal residence buyers. All I know is that trying to project that people do not have cash is close minded.
I think the point in and of itself is fairly moot. Like I said, if anyone wants to post a few zips we can see some profiling of dps. Remember I mostly login late at night now.
