I just keep having my depression/neutron bomb scenario running through my mind, with folks moving out of state en masse to where there are jobs (’30s had the Dust Bowl, with migration from Oklahoma to California; ’00-’10s may have the Debt Bowl, with migration from California to Oklahoma). Maybe it won’t be that bad. But, maybe it will.
