For me, “local” is Chula City Council, SWC Board of Trustees, Sweetwater School Board, Sweetwater Authority, etc.
I DID NOT vote for Filner again for the 51st, just in case anyone is wondering. He wore out his welcome long ago as far as I’m concerned.
