Looks like Microsoft is also cutting them out from using Windows. So, no Android for mobile and no Windows for PC/Laptop. No x86 and ARM. But they say they’ll release their own OS next year: https://www.cnbc.com/2019/05/23/huawei-our-own-operating-system-could-be-ready-this-year.html
