Looking at social media, I’m seeing a lot of anger and frustration even among people in high-population less traditional states (NJ).
Wouldn’t you want your friend to sell before an “opportunity?” Personally, I’m not in the market to sell anything, since I doubt that the next ‘cession will drop prices below 2009-2011 lows.
Just pull cash out and worry about the people who bought (or financed) more recently.
