Look, go download the latest app, try it out for yourself. You won’t understand until you actually “do”.. Don’t fall in to the trap of what others, which is argue for the sake of arguing imho.
Have you tried NavFree, that allows you to d/l entire maps for offline use, by state? Apps that act like an in-car GPS exist right now.
