Look at it this way – the eventual sale price on this home will be lower due to the gutting, which will mean a lower comp. He’s helping to drive prices down. He obviously can’t handle money, so anything he makes on this won’t last long. Then all he can do is live with the fact that he’s an idiot and a scumbag.
