I think you have to ask where, the low end area’s around SD I think will benefit as they are already moving homes at a fast clip.
When I tell my co-workers in North L.A. they can get a 3000 – 4000 sqf home built after 2000, with possibly nice upgrades and maybe backing to a forest or golf course view for around 300K in Temecula Valley, they just look at me strange and say your joking right !!
So how low do you think it will go ???
And How much longer do you think these prices are going to last ???
