Like I said, it looks like you have caught up to everyone else as you seem to be the only one who was confused about the main point I was making. Furthermore it was not the first time I have posted on that issue. Give yourself a medal for finding some tweezers and pulling a splinter.
I did no back-pedalling but had to resort to a more pedestrian explanation because you seemed to miss the higher level point of the entire thread.
To explain in terms that I hope are more understanding to you, employees are not entitled to wages based on the needs of the employee. Shoveler and I have had this debate before. While him and I don’t agree on the topic we don’t needle each other over nomenclature used while arguing our points.
Is that clear enough to you or would you like to nitpick that down to elementary terms. You know it and I know it.
