Lereah is just a talking head. His words are inserted in the back of his head by the RE tough guys that are on his back. David Lereah is the equal to Mary Meeker, the tech analyst for Morgan Stanley that so famously pushed the tech co’s that had no earnings/fundamentals in ’99.
