Have you noticed the jokers. One week a price increase and followed the next by a decrease. They mess with the Days on Market. De listing and relisting. What kind of tactics are these??Who is advising these people.
If I were selling I would unload now rather than feel the pain later down the line.Drop the full commissioned brokers!!
