It’s my understanding that while we’ve spent about $0.7T to change the regime in Iraq, we have not taken ANY of their oil, tempting and easy as that might have been.

KSM: Nope, you’re not. But that “Blood for Oil” trope dies very hard, especially amongst those propagandized to believe it, or those too ignorant or unwilling to actually find out the truth.
