Kismet…….Not only should you file a complaint with the DRE, but I think you should track down the bank and alert them to this scumbag realtor too!
I’m glad I did’nt “just miss” on this one like you did, as I would have lined up to buy it too. It’s hurts less to lose by a mile versus an eyelash.
