kind of funny that it’s a real estate guy. sure seems like he could be in alot of trouble-that as a dangerous maneuver. on the other hand desperate times call for desperate measures.
if it had been someone kinda respectable, who didn’t urgently need the dough…well, I’d be not so leery of the whole thing…
